What this site is for
It explains the eDom project and how a building's digital genome is built. It is intended for homeowners' associations and management companies, developers, government bodies, financial institutions and researchers.
Nothing here constitutes a public offer. Terms for taking part in a pilot are set out in a separate agreement.
Limitation of liability
The information and recommendations produced by the system are analytical in nature and do not replace mandatory technical surveys, expert examinations, design decisions or the conclusions of authorised specialists.
Responsibility for an engineering or management decision remains with the person who takes it.
We do not guarantee a reduction in tariffs and we do not promise that incidents will be prevented.
Intellectual property
The text, diagrams, methodology and design of this site belong to the project. Quotation with attribution is permitted; reproducing material in full requires agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project develops. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
